Taking a look over your shoulder every now and then isn't necessarily a sign of paranoia, it can be a lesson that shows that whatever you do someone is watching and quite often following your example, whether good or bad. Our leaders take their responsibility very seriously as good leadership is a gift from God and He too is watching. The responsibility for wise and Godly teaching, decision making and directional guidance is the shared prayerful duty of a number called to particular roles. These consist of the Pastor, Elders and Deacons. Together we learn to love and to lead in service of God for the building of His Kingdom in our hearts and our community.
